The article offers an in-depth look at the innovations behind Grower Econical®, the new conical washer with a sigmoidal geometry developed by Growermetal’s R&D team. This product represents an evolution of traditional conical washers according to DIN 6796 and NFE 25-510 standards, standing out for its enhanced mechanical performance, 20% weight reduction, increased spring force, and the ability to compensate for thermal expansion. These features make it an ideal solution for dynamic and sensitive applications in both industrial and automotive sectors.
Grower Econical® was also awarded first place in the Route to Fastener Innovation 2025 competition, organized by the magazine, confirming Growermetal’s role as a pioneer in sustainable innovation within the fastening industry.
