Our washer solutions have to face challenging applications and extreme conditions. Among the main focuses of Growermetal work, railway sector is surely one of the most demanding in terms of safety and performance.
To meet the needs of customers in the industry, we combine our 70-year expertise in parts manufacturing with our in-house production, which includes a number of surface finishing and coating solutions aimed at technical improvement and long-term performance.
Among the many treatments available there is zinc-flaking Delta Protekt® KL120, which offers a complete line of base and top coatings able to maximize the corrosion resistance of the parts, essential for environments with high humidity rate and in presence of water such as in railroad tunnels.
One of the key strengths of Growermetal is also the variety of the geometries available for customers, which ranges from coiled spring washers to the conical elastic Contact washers, from flat washers to parts manufactured according to customers measurements and drawings.
From 24th to 27th September, our company will showcase this proposal during InnoTrans, the exhibition taking place every two years in Berlin where the main leaders of transport and railway technologies meets.
