New items according to standard DIN 6319

We are pleased to announce that Growermetal has enlarged its production range introducing two new items which are manufactured according to DIN 6319: the spherical washer and the flat washer with conical seat.
The spherical washer (type C) is used in combination with the flat washer with conical seat (type D).
These washers, once assembled, can be slightly misaligned to compensate for any axial differences or irregular surfaces of the joint thus ensuring a secure locking on support surfaces which are not perfectly parallel.
The upper washer (type C) shows a convex spherical radius while the lower washer (type D) shows a corresponding conical seat on which the upper washer can be settled. These washers are in fact known as self-aligning washers, capable to compensate misalignments up to 3 degrees between the parts to be assembled.
