Mechanical Zinc Plating

Growermetal has inaugurated a new and modern plant for the zinc.plating and is able to carry out the mechanical zinc plating as an internal process.
The mechanical zinc plating is an anticorrosive coating obtained through compaction in a rotating barrel of zinc powder on the surface of the pieces. This process is made in the presence of glass spheres and in an appropriate chemical environment, without the utilization of electric power or further heat induction.
In its own mechanical zinc plating process, Growermetal uses exclusively original Mac Dermid products® which have been studied on purpose to obtain a coating of high-quality and high-performances.
