Growermetal has achieved the ISO 45001 standard

We are proud to announce the achievement of the ISO 45001 certification of our company’s Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
As a leading company in the fastener industry and in the production of safety washers, our team has always been focused on delivering the safest and most reliable services, inside and outside Growermetal. In addition, guaranteeing employees well-being in the workplace has been a primary concern for us since the beginning.
Such commitment has been expressed through a strategic planning and the PDCA cycle (Plan, Do, Check and Act), which is a four-step system aimed at enhancing the company Management System, with structured and integrated actions that allow us to anticipate problems, minimize risks and seize new opportunities.
The new Management System meets the standards of this cycle, aimed at constant improvement, and aligns to the other certifications achieved by Growermetal and related to the corporate processes and services.
A step further in the creation of an extended and shared culture of safety within our organization.
